established<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"902\">At first, several possible causes were considered:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1004\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1oeed6u\" data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"933\">Plasma power supply failure<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1skuk14\" data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"956\">Plasma torch failure<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"i6zn13\" data-end=\"1277\">M14-to-M15 adapter<\/strong> so that a different plasma torch could be connected.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1407\">During inspection, it was discovered that the adapter itself was defective.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1533\">The adapter allowed the torch to be physically installed, but <strong data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1532\">the electrical path inside the adapter was not continuous<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1547\">As a result:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1714\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ng5s1z\" data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1574\">Air could pass through.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1c6jooz\" data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1658\">The electrical current required for pilot arc ignition could
